- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate chips together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the powdered sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs and egg yolks to the chocolate mixture, mixing well. Then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the flour and salt until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.
- Remove from the oven and let the cakes sit for 1 minute. Carefully invert each ramekin onto a plate.
- Serve immediately, and enjoy the molten center!
