- 2 cups diced leftover ham
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
- Stir in diced ham, cook for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked rice and frozen peas, mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper, stir in cheese until melted.
- Serve warm.

- Feel free to add any other leftover vegetables.
