- 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp red food coloring
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix crushed cookies and melted butter, press into a springform pan to form the crust.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
- Stir in vanilla, red food coloring, and sour cream until blended.
- Fold in chopped strawberries.
- Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes until center is set.
- Cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with strawberry jam before serving.
