Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp red food coloring
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix crushed cookies and melted butter, press into a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Stir in vanilla, red food coloring, and sour cream until blended.
  5. Fold in chopped strawberries.
  6. Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 50-55 minutes until center is set.
  8. Cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Top with strawberry jam before serving.
