Description
A delicious ribeye steak served with garlic butter and crispy fries.
Ingredients

- 1 ribeye steak (about 250g)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 200g potatoes, cut into fries
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss fries in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Bake fries for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Season steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat a pan over high heat and sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium.
- Reduce heat, add butter and minced garlic, baste steak.
- Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with fries and garlic butter.
