Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rinse the brown rice under cold water.
  2. In a pot, add water and rice. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes.
  4. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Add mixed vegetables, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Once rice is cooked, fluff with a fork.
  7. Combine rice and vegetables. Stir in soy sauce and green onions.
