Description

A fun and festive treat for St. Patrick’s Day, perfect for kids.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Green food coloring
  • 1/2 cup green sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
  2. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  3. Mix in a few drops of green food coloring.
  4. Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies, stirring until well coated.
  5. Press mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  6. Sprinkle green sprinkles on top before it sets.
  7. Let cool, then cut into squares.

Notes

  • Use more or less food coloring for desired shade of green.
  • Store in an airtight container for freshness.
  • Can also add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
