Tender roast beef sliders served on soft rolls.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb roast beef, sliced
  • 12 small slider rolls
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup horseradish sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix mayonnaise and horseradish sauce in a bowl.
  3. Slice the slider rolls in half without separating them.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the inside of each roll.
  5. Layer roast beef and cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  7. Melt butter and mix with garlic powder and onion powder.
  8. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the rolls.
  9. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted.
  10. Remove from the oven and serve warm.

Notes

  • Adjust horseradish amount to taste.
  • Can use other cheese options if preferred.
  • Make ahead and refrigerate before baking.
