- 2 cups asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup red wine

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
- Transfer steaks to the oven and cook for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and asparagus, sauté for 5 minutes.
- Pour in red wine and let it reduce for 3-4 minutes.
- Add butter and stir until melted.
- Plate the steaks with asparagus and sauce on top.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
