Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cubed
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Add beef cubes and coat evenly with the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Thread beef, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
- Grill on medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Adjust grilling time based on desired doneness.
- Serve with a side of roasted potatoes or a fresh salad.
