Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Add beef cubes and coat evenly with the marinade.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Thread beef, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
  5. Grill on medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
