- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp coarse sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss pear slices with honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
- Roll out pie crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Arrange pear slices in center of crust, leaving a 2-inch border.
- Fold edges of crust over pears, pleating as you go.
- Brush crust with egg wash and sprinkle with coarse sugar.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until crust is golden.
