- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- For the meringue, in a clean bowl, whisk the egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar while continuing to whisk until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the meringue over the cooled brownies and use a kitchen torch to toast the top until golden brown.
- Top with mini marshmallows and additional graham cracker crumbs if desired.
- Slice into squares and enjoy!

- Make sure to let the brownies cool completely before adding the meringue.
