Ingredients

- 2 lbs corned beef
- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 6 potatoes, quartered
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Place the corned beef in a large pot.
- Add the beef broth, mustard, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
- Add carrots and potatoes, cooking for another 30 minutes.
- Add cabbage and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with mustard on the side.
- Leftovers can be used in sandwiches.
- Adjust cooking time for desired tenderness.
