Ingredients

- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup of red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens and chopped vegetables.
- Add the feta cheese on top.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Pour the dressing over the salad.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
