A simple sandwich bread recipe for homemade bread.
Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add salt, vegetable oil, and flour. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down the risen dough and shape it into a loaf.
- Place the loaf in a greased bread pan. Cover and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before slicing.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
