- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain grease.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder together.
- Layer cooked sausage in a greased baking dish.
- Pour egg mixture over the sausage.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until eggs are set.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
