Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage (cooked and crumbled)
  • 6 eggs (large)
  • 1 cup milk (whole or 2%)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the hashbrowns, cooked sausage, eggs, milk, cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  3. Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
