- 4 cups hashbrowns (frozen or fresh)
- 1 pound breakfast sausage (cooked and crumbled)
- 6 eggs (large)
- 1 cup milk (whole or 2%)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the hashbrowns, cooked sausage, eggs, milk, cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
