Ingredients

- 4 medium potatoes, diced

- 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onion, carrots, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
- Stir in the potatoes and chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
