Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage, sliced
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, cubed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Spread sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Add sausage slices to the baking sheet and roast for another 15 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix honey and minced garlic.
  6. Drizzle honey garlic sauce over the sausage and sweet potatoes.
  7. Roast for 5 more minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
