- 1 lb sausage, sliced
- 2 large sweet potatoes, cubed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Spread sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Add sausage slices to the baking sheet and roast for another 15 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and minced garlic.
- Drizzle honey garlic sauce over the sausage and sweet potatoes.
- Roast for 5 more minutes.
- Serve warm.
