Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and rosemary, sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add butternut squash, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until squash is tender.
- Serve warm.

- Peel squash carefully with a sharp knife.
