Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Marinate steak with soy sauce for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak and cook until browned, then remove.
  4. Stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
  5. Add vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
