A quick and flavorful stir fry combining savory steak with fresh vegetables for a balanced meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Marinate steak with soy sauce for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add steak and cook until browned, then remove.
- Stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
- Add vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with water and pour into pan.
- Return steak to pan and stir until sauce thickens.

- Slice steak against the grain for tenderness.
