- 8 oz pasta (linguine or fettuccine)
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lb crab meat
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Stir in crab meat and white wine, cook for another 2 minutes.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and parsley. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
