Description

Seafood stuffed shells are a delicious and elegant dish featuring jumbo pasta shells filled with a creamy seafood mixture, baked in a rich tomato sauce.


Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook pasta shells according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, parsley, and pepper.
  4. Spread marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Fill each shell with the seafood mixture and place in the dish.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Can substitute imitation crab if desired.
