Description
Seafood stuffed shells are a delicious and elegant dish featuring jumbo pasta shells filled with a creamy seafood mixture, baked in a rich tomato sauce.

- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook pasta shells according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, parsley, and pepper.
- Spread marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each shell with the seafood mixture and place in the dish.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Use fresh seafood for best flavor.
- Can substitute imitation crab if desired.
- Let shells cool slightly before serving.
