- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Cut chicken into thin strips.
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken with the spice mix.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes until fully done.
- Warm pita breads for 30 seconds.
- Fill each pita with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onions.
- Drizzle with tzatziki sauce.
- Serve immediately.
