- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas, for serving

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture in an even layer on a large baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
