  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts on one side of a large sheet pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with half of the garlic butter mixture.
