Description

Ingredients

  • 4 sausages
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the sausages and all the vegetables on a sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss everything to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the sausages and vegetables in a single layer on the pan.
  6. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
