Delicious shredded chicken tacos made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
- Add taco seasoning and salsa.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Warm the corn tortillas.
- Assemble tacos with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and cilantro.
Notes
- Serve with avocado or sour cream if desired.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use leftover chicken for salads or wraps.
