Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb French fries
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for fries)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss French fries with olive oil, salt, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3 minutes. Remove shrimp.
  5. Pour heavy cream into the pan. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in 1 cup Parmesan cheese until melted. Add shrimp back.
  7. Serve Alfredo sauce and shrimp over fries. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top.
