Description
A creamy shrimp Alfredo served with crispy Parmesan fries.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 lb French fries
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for fries)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Toss French fries with olive oil, salt, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3 minutes. Remove shrimp.
- Pour heavy cream into the pan. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in 1 cup Parmesan cheese until melted. Add shrimp back.
- Serve Alfredo sauce and shrimp over fries. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
- Adjust cheese amount to taste.
- Serve immediately for crisp fries.
