A classic shrimp boil loaded with flavor, combining shrimp, potatoes, corn, and spices for a perfect seafood feast.

- 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound small red potatoes, halved
- 4 ears corn, cut into thirds
- 1/2 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, halved
- 4 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 quarts water
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add potatoes and cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until they are tender.
- Add corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in Old Bay seasoning, lemon, garlic, and onion.
- Finally, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they are pink and opaque.
- Drain the pot and pour the mixture onto a large serving platter.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
