Ingredients

- 8 oz linguine or spaghetti
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Toss cooked pasta into the skillet with shrimp and sauce.
- Stir in parsley, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to control spiciness.
- Add grated Parmesan before serving if desired.
