- 4 cups Grilled Vegetables (Mixed bell peppers, zucchini, and onions)
Instructions
- For Corn on the Cob, boil salted water in a large pot, add husked corn, and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Prepare Coleslaw by mixing shredded cabbage and carrots in a bowl, add coleslaw dressing, and toss until well combined.
- For Potato Salad, boil potatoes until fork-tender, cool, dice, and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Heat Baked Beans in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
- For Grilled Vegetables, toss mixed bell peppers, zucchini, and onions with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then grill until tender.
