A simple and delicious way to enjoy cauliflower as a main dish. These cauliflower cheese steaks are flavorful, easy to make, and perfect for a vegetarian meal.

- 1 large cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Brush both sides of each steak with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Flip the steaks, top with cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes.
- Use any cheese of your choice for variation.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
