Ingredients

- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Remove steaks and let rest.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add Dijon mustard, heavy cream, and beef broth.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in butter until melted.
- Pour sauce over steaks and garnish with parsley.
