Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove steaks and let rest.
  5. In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  6. Add Dijon mustard, heavy cream, and beef broth.
  7. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  8. Stir in butter until melted.
  9. Pour sauce over steaks and garnish with parsley.
