- 2 large Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Place the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the sliced potatoes in water for 30 minutes before seasoning and air frying.
- Feel free to experiment with different seasonings such as onion powder, Italian herbs, or cheese for added flavor.
