Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices of cheese
- Pickles (optional)
- Ketchup (optional)
- Mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, and onions.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Grill the patties for about 4 minutes on each side.
- Place cheese on patties during the last minute of grilling.
- Toast slider buns on the grill.
- Assemble sliders with patties, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- Serve immediately.
