Ingredients

- 3–4 lbs corned beef brisket with spice packet
- 4 cups water
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 1 small cabbage, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Place corned beef brisket in slow cooker.
- Add water, onion, garlic, and spice packet.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Add potatoes and carrots after 6 hours.
- Add cabbage wedges in the last hour.
- Remove meat and vegetables, slice against the grain.
Notes
- Do not overcook or meat may become tough.
- Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 3 days.
