- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large carrot, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Add bell peppers, carrot, and broccoli on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Optional: Mix cornstarch with 1 tbsp water and stir into the sauce to thicken it.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
