Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Add chicken broth and stir lightly.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Shred the chicken and mix with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro.
