- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 12 small corn tortillas

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Place the seasoned pork in the slow cooker and pour in the chicken broth and barbecue sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
- Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks.
- Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the juices.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat until pliable.
- Serve the pulled pork in tortillas, garnished with chopped cilantro and lime wedges.
