A hearty and easy-to-make slow cooker spaghetti casserole perfect for family dinners.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jar (24 ounces) spaghetti sauce
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 8 ounces spaghetti, broken into pieces
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the slow cooker. Add spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
- Break spaghetti into pieces and layer on top of the sauce mixture. Press down slightly to submerge.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until spaghetti is tender.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. Cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes until cheese melts.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for ground beef.
- Add extra vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
