- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred chicken slightly with forks.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese before serving.
