Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Divide ground beef into small portions and press into thin patties.
- Cook patties for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove patties and set aside.
- Wipe the skillet and add oil.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half with cheese.
- Add cooked patties, onions, and tomatoes.
- Fold the tortilla and cook for 2 minutes per side until golden.
- Repeat for remaining tortillas.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Customize with your favorite toppings.
