Description
Crispy smashed potatoes made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and boil the baby potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain and let them cool slightly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and gently smash each one with a fork.
- Drizzle olive oil over the smashed potatoes.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top.
- Transfer the potatoes to the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-15 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired, before serving.

- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
- For extra crispiness, increase air frying time by a few minutes.
