  • Wood chips for smoking

Instructions

  1. Rinse the corned beef brisket under cold water.
  2. Mix black pepper, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard seeds, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the brisket.
