Instructions
- Rinse the corned beef brisket under cold water.
- Mix black pepper, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard seeds, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the brisket.
- Wrap the brisket in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Add wood chips to the smoker for flavor.
- Place the brisket in the smoker and smoke for about 6-8 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 190°F (88°C).
- Remove the brisket and let it rest for 30 minutes before slicing.
