Smoked corned beef is a flavorful dish made by smoking cured beef brisket.

- 4 pounds corned beef brisket
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- Wood chips for smoking
Instructions
- Rinse the corned beef brisket under cold water.
- Pat the brisket dry with paper towels.
- Mix the spices together in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the brisket.
- Wrap the brisket in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Add wood chips to the smoker.
- Place the brisket in the smoker and smoke for about 6-8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 190°F (88°C).
- Remove the brisket from the smoker and let it rest for 30 minutes before slicing.

- Use a meat thermometer for accuracy.
- Adjust smoking time based on brisket thickness.
- Serve with mustard or on rye bread.
