  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • Wood chips for smoking

Instructions

  1. Rinse the corned beef brisket under cold water.
  2. Pat the brisket dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix the spices together in a bowl.
  4. Rub the spice mixture all over the brisket.
  5. Wrap the brisket in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  7. Add wood chips to the smoker.
