- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup smoked mozzarella, shredded
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle smoked mozzarella on top of the sauce.
- Add chopped spinach evenly over the cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
Notes
- Substitute fresh spinach with frozen spinach if needed, but thaw and drain excess water first.
- For extra flavor, add sliced cherry tomatoes or mushrooms.
- Use a pizza stone for a crispier crust.
