- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup capers, drained
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh dill for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Olive oil for drizzling
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start by arranging the halved bagels on a large serving board or platter.
- Spread a generous amount of cream cheese on each bagel half.
- Layer the smoked salmon over the cream cheese on each bagel.
- Add a few capers, red onion slices, cucumber slices, and cherry tomato halves on top of the salmon.
