  • 1 cup smoky BBQ sauce
  • 4 flatbreads or naan
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded brisket with the smoky BBQ sauce until well combined.
  3. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
