- 1 pound beef brisket, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup smoky BBQ sauce
- 4 flatbreads or naan
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded brisket with the smoky BBQ sauce until well combined.
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Evenly distribute the BBQ brisket mixture over each flatbread.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced red onion.
