A delicious twist on classic rice crispy treats with s’mores flavor.
Ingredients

- 3 cups rice crispy cereal
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add the rice crispy cereal and graham cracker crumbs, mixing well.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- For extra flavor, add more chocolate chips on top.
