- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5 minutes per side until lightly browned.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, heavy cream, and parsley.
- Pour cheese mixture over chicken.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and chicken is fully cooked.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
